We occasionally receive photos of owners vehicles in interesting surroundings. We thought this one from Mr Bartlett was particularly stunning so we asked for his permission to feature it on the website. We think it might well be the best photo of one of our vehicles ever taken....

The Challenge

So, that's the challenge. If you think you have a better photo of an IH vehicle in interesting surroundings, send it in to us with a few details like your name, the model (in case we can't tell from the photo), a few details like where it was taken, and anything else you'd like to add, and we'll feature it on the website.  This will probably become an ongoing thing, but in order to get you moving we'll add a closing date of 30th September for judging the entries and we'll see how it goes.

You can email digital photos to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   or if they're on some existing web album, just send us the link.

If they're 'proper' photos you can post them to us at the address at the bottom of the page. Mark the envelope 'photo competition', and please make sure you keep a copy in case it gets lost in the post. To make sure we don't exclude anybody we'll even accept slides, but please package them carefully.

...or if you'd like to call in and deliver your photos by hand we'll be more than happy to make you a cuppa while you have a look around the showroom.

However you get them to us, don't forget to give us your name and address in case you win.

The tripod table leg adapter enables you to use your inside dining table outside, saving you having to carry an extra table for outdoor use. A simple idea that saves on both space and weight, we think it's a great addition to your IH. If you're not lucky enough to win one, you can always purchase one from our accessories shop. Rules and regulations:

1. By sending us your photos you are agreeing to allow us to use them on our website and for other promotional purposes. If you don't want them to be used for anything else, just let us know when sending them in. We will always ask permission before using them for any purpose other than this competition, and we'll try to include a credit wherever possible.

2. Image enhancement (otherwise known as photoshoppery) - If you think you can fool us by cutting out your van and sticking it on a scenery shot, you're probably right. Enhanced images will be allowed, but they will be marked down if we can tell. If anyone can be bothered to do such a fantastic job that it manages to fool the judges, they deserve a pat on the back for effort. We really want to see where our vans have been though, so genuine photos of genuine vans in genuine places will be preferred. Please tell us if you are submitting an enhanced image.

3. The judges decision is final.
